Providing a cohesive and supportive pathway for primary maths subject leaders at all stages of their development, combining essential foundations with ongoing professional learning. Participants will explore the key principles of effective maths leadership, from understanding the role and leading pedagogy to planning, monitoring and driving improvement across a typical school year. Alongside this, leaders will benefit from regular updates, strategic guidance and a collaborative professional network, helping them respond to national developments, strengthen classroom practice and support colleagues effectively. Together, the courses build confidence, sharpen strategic thinking and equip leaders to maximise impact on teaching quality and pupil outcomes.
