There are two ways to access the HFL Hub depending on how you work with HFL Education.

1. Through your organisation

If your school, setting, trust or organisation already works with HFL Education, you should join the Hub using your organisation’s sign-up link.

This link connects your account to your organisation so you can access the correct services and learning.

2. As an individual

If you are accessing HFL Education services independently, you can create an individual account using the standard sign-up page.

If your organisation does not yet have an HFL Hub account, you can request one using the Create an Organisation Account form.

Once your account is set up, the booking manager will receive:

  • Access to the organisation account

  • A unique sign-up link to share with colleagues

  • Instructions on how to manage access within the organisation

Colleagues should use this link to create their accounts.

If your organisation already has an HFL Hub account with HFL Education, you should join using the organisation sign-up link shared by your booking manager.

Using this link ensures you are automatically connected to the correct organisation.

If you cannot find the link, you can request it from the HFL Education team.

Each organisation using the HFL Hub has a unique sign-up link.

When you create an account using this link:

  • Your account is automatically connected to your organisation

  • Your booking manager can manage bookings and access

  • Your activity is included in organisation reporting

If you create an account without using the link, you will not be connected to your organisation.

The booking manager is the person in your organisation who manages HFL Education bookings and services.

They will usually:

  • Receive the organisation sign-up link

  • Share the link with colleagues

  • Manage bookings and access for the organisation

If you are unsure who this is, please check within your organisation.

If you created an account using the individual sign-up page but your organisation already uses the HFL Hub, please contact the HFL Education team.

We can help ensure your account is connected to the correct organisation.

If your organisation later begins using the HFL Hub, we can help connect your existing account to the organisation.

All our products can be browsed from the shop. Select your course or event and follow the booking instructions on the product page.

You can:

  • Pay by card and complete your booking immediately, or
  • Pay by invoice (for approved organisations)

Yes - card payment is available to everyone, including:

  • Individuals
  • Schools, settings and trusts

For card payments:

  • Your place is confirmed immediately
  • Access is provided straight away where applicable

Invoice payment is available to approved schools, settings and trusts.

  • Each organisation has one or more authorised booking managers
  • Only these users can submit bookings using invoice payment

If your organisation would like to pay by invoice please get in touch with the HFL team

When booking by invoice:

  • A booking form is submitted by your booking manager
  • Places are reserved for your organisation
  • An invoice is issued separately by our finance team

The booking manger will receive:

  • A confirmation email
  • A link to access or forward to colleagues

After booking, you’ll receive an email with an enrolment link.

Simply:

  • Forward the email, or
  • Copy and share the link

Each colleague must:

  • Use their own HFL Hub account
  • Follow the link to enrol

  • If the place or places haven’t been used, you can share the enrolment link with another colleague
  • If the place has already been used, we’re introducing the ability to request booking changes directly through the platform soon. In the meantime, for any cancellations, transfers or amendments, please contact our team.

Some of our events are capacity-controlled.

If booking is not available online:

  • The event may be full or managed manually
  • You’ll be asked to contact our Training and Events team

The team can:

  • Check availability
  • Add you to a waiting list
  • Reserve a place where possible

Bookings made by card payment will appear in your account order history.

Because invoice bookings are managed outside of the platform:

  • You will not see a full order history for invoice payments in your account
  • Booking details are instead shared via email

If you need a summary of your organisation’s bookings or help accessing this information, we’re happy to help.

Once you’ve enrolled, your courses and events will appear in your dashboard.

To access them:

  • Log in to your HFL Hub account
  • Go to your dashboard
  • Select the course or product

If a booking is made on your behalf, you will receive via email:

  • An enrolment link

To get started:

  • Follow the link provided
  • Log in (or create an account)
  • Your course or event will then appear in your dashboard

If a colleague has shared a link with you:

  • Click the link
  • Log in (or create an account)

This will enrol onto the course or product. Once enrolled, it will appear in your dashboard.

During our transition to the new HFL Hub:

  • Some courses and bookings are still being moved across
  • You can continue to access these on the previous platform
