Payment by invoice is available only to approved settings and authorised users purchasing courses and products from HFL Education.
Approved booking managers can use the form below to order HFL Education courses and products for their school or organisation. Once the form is submitted, a unique enrolment link will be sent automatically to the email address provided. This link can be used to enrol yourself or shared with colleagues who should access the course or training.

Order courses and products for your school or organisation
Approved booking managers can use the form below to order HFL Education courses and products for their school or organisation. We no longer use licences to allocate places.
Instead, each booking generates a unique enrolment link for the number of places included in your order. Simply share the link with colleagues and they can enrol themselves using their own HFL Hub account.
Yes. Please submit one form per course, event, or digital learning product.
You can include multiple places for the same product in a single form submission. If you wish to order different courses or products, please complete a separate form for each.
Your organisation will receive the relevant invoice and payment details in due course.

- select the correct organisation
- choose the correct course or event
- enter the number of places required
Once submitted, the enrolment link will be sent automatically to the email address provided.
