A fully funded Transition Day for EYFS practitioners working in schools to support planning for incoming cohorts. Delegates will be able to access five sessions throughout the day covering potential barriers to learning that have been identified on transition level of need tools for September starters. This will be delivered online and teachers and practitioners can join us for the whole day or access sessions that are pertinent to them. All sessions will be recorded and shared with delegates booked onto the training day.
