About this course

This series of recorded webinars has been designed to coincide with National Teaching Assistant’s Day and provides a collection of practical ideas and resources to help TAs strengthen their support for learners.

Across the recorded sessions, advisers share evidence‑based top tips and examples of effective practice that schools can revisit throughout the year. The content covers key aspects of high‑quality inclusive provision and highlights ways TAs can promote independence and purposeful learning.

Senior leaders can also access a recorded briefing focussed on supporting and developing TA teams, including the launch of the Hertfordshire TA Training Directory. The series concludes with a session exploring recent research, including refreshed EEF guidance on TA deployment, to help schools maximise TA impact in inclusive classrooms.
