About this course

Promoting independence for children with SEND through ordinarily available provision In this session we will explore how teachers can guide learners with SEND to become increasingly independent during high quality teaching. Delegates will develop an understanding of how they can promote active learning and strengthen longer term outcomes for all. School staff will take away resources and strategies for learners with SEND that can be easily adapted and implemented in any classroom across the whole curriculum. This session can be viewed as a standalone training event or as part of a series of three SEND focused Big Staff Meetings or purchased as part of the wider series.
