These sessions will support early years practitioners working in schools and PVI settings, and childminders, to understand the transition arrangements in Hertfordshire for 2027. Demonstrations of how to complete and send the Transition Level of Need tool (TLoNt) will be provided during this session with the opportunity to ask questions to one of the advisers.
to feel confident in completing the TLoNt for all children starting school in 2027
to understand the sending, collating and submitting processes
to recognise the role of all EYFS practitioners in Hertfordshire's transition procedures
