About this course
We are pleased to be facilitating two face-to-face transition surgeries, where professionals from a variety of services throughout the county will be available to provide details of how they support schools, children and families with transition. The surgeries will operate as a 'drop-in' where practitioners can arrive and leave as they wish. Representatives from SEN/D services, Children & Young People's Therapies and Best Start Hubs will be present, as well as other pertinent services.
