About this course

This network supports post-16 leaders by providing upddates and guidance on key aspects of Sixth Form leadership, including curriculum, funding, personal development and the Ofsted inspection process. Participants will benefit from the opportunity to hear from sector experts and other Sixth Form leaders, gaining insight into effective practice and current national developments. Alongside these inputs, the network offers valuable time to connect with peers, share approaches and consider strategies that can strengthen outcomes for learners. This training is suitable for Heads of Sixth Form, aspiring or designate Heads of Sixth Form and other staff involved in shaping post‑16 provision.
