Explore what Ofsted’s Chief Inspector meant when he said: “If you get it right for the most disadvantaged and vulnerable - including those with SEND - you get it right for everyone” During this in-person course, participants will deepen their understanding of Ofsted’s education inspection framework and consider how the inspection toolkit can be used by SENCOs and leaders of SEND to support self-evaluation and continuous improvement. During the day, we will consider, in detail, how SEND and inclusion are integral to the inspection process and reflect on how everyday school systems and documentation can support planning and preparation for an inspection.
