HFL Education are commissioned by Hertfordshire County Council Early Years Services to deliver a fully funded termly webinar for early years PVI settings and childminders. This session supports providers to help close the gap for children who may not achieve as well as their peers. The webinar includes relevant safeguarding updates and wider sector information for early years PVI settings, alongside a focused training and briefing spotlight to support providers working with vulnerable children and families in Hertfordshire. It offers practitioners the opportunity to update their knowledge and skills to best support children’s learning and development. These sessions are repeated each term, and delegates only need to attend one session. If unable to attend live, participants can request a recording to watch at a convenient time. Childminders are welcome to attend live, access a recording, or book onto a dedicated childminder evening session offered each term
