These termly online sessions are designed to support primary maths subject leaders to stay informed and lead effectively. We will share key information and explore ideas to further enhance the maths curriculum and enable effective teaching and learning across the school. Each session will offer a leadership focus and teaching/pedagogy focus, as well as ensure maths subject leaders are aware of relevant publications, including from the DFE and Ofsted. Throughout the sessions leaders will have the opportunity to consider possible actions to undertake as a result of what was explored and discussed. Sessions are held online and a recording will be made available after each session to everyone booked on. Sessions are free to attend (funded) for Hertfordshire maintained schools. All schools are welcome - there is a small charge for non-maintained or those outside Herts. One booking enables access to all three sessions and the recordings over the academic year.
