About this course

Two 1-hour sessions, each academic year, to help primary design & technology subject leaders to stay up-to-date with leadership of the subject. As well as being a forum for discussion and sharing good practice, we will cover key updates from organisations such as the Design and Technology Association and Ofsted – taking on board new documents and updates as they are released. Subject leaders will be able to use the content to support teachers across the school in teaching D&T. For delegates who are not able to attend the live webinars, a recording will be available shortly after each date along with the supporting materials. Delegates will have access to 2 webinars, recordings and supporting resources.

  • explore latest guidance and key components of an effective design & technology curriculum

  • signpost helpful resources to enhance teaching and learning across your school

  • provide a forum for discussion and sharing of good practice

  • highlight opportunities and ideas to enrich the art & design curriculum
