Each session promotes ongoing professional learning, helping leaders prioritise key actions, make effective strategic decisions and plan across the academic year. Participants will explore practical ideas to strengthen classroom provision, enhance teaching approaches and maximise pupil outcomes. The course also offers guidance on supporting colleagues through monitoring, feedback and collaborative development.
