About this course

Building on the impact of the Great Representation project, this refreshed programme is open to all schools and offers a practical, supported route into this work, whether at an early stage or ready to embed and deepen existing practice. The programme supports school leaders to lead confidently through social complexity, translating values around inclusion, belonging and fairness into clear, lawful and sustainable practice. It creates space to explore how exclusion, disengagement and racism can affect pupils’ experiences and outcomes, and how leaders can respond in ways that strengthen culture, relationships and learning for all. Schools work alongside peers to reflect, learn and move into action, supported by structured collaboration and practical tools, including an adapted Antiracist School Audit, to review curriculum, policy and everyday practice with a clear focus on impact and improvement.

Ticket price includes up to two delegates per school. Antiracist School Audit tool provided free of charge. Optional consultancy availability. Access to resources, slides and recordings

  • strengthen leadership confidence in addressing race, class and belonging in schools

  • apply an equity lens to curriculum, behaviour and policy decisions

  • develop strategies that promote inclusive belonging without creating division

  • understand and respond to the needs of racially minoritised pupils

  • build sustainable peer networks that support system‑wide improvement
