Race Equity

The programme, addresses race inequity in schools and the 23 participating schools explored issues such as: 

  • how to talk to staff and pupils about race 
  • how to diversify and decolonise the curriculum 
  • how to increase race diversity in staff, governing and trust bodies

Each school wrote a case study, telling the story of the work they had undertaken towards becoming an anti-racist school. These studies can be accessed below along with a digital copy of the book.
