This annual six part programme supports Early Years leaders and managers to update knowledge, strengthen leadership skills and embed effective practice. It is suitable for leaders in PVI settings and schools who want to develop confidence and impact in their role.
The programme includes four live webinar sessions and two sessions delivered through a single full day face to face event. Sessions explore leadership identity, curriculum, pedagogy and organisational culture, alongside team development and wellbeing.
Participants will consider how to create and embed a shared vision, manage change and conflict, and lead people effectively. The course also focuses on coordinating quality practice through monitoring and reflection, supporting leaders to continually evaluate provision and drive sustainable improvement.
