Getting Started with Arbor

Introduces you to the essential functions of Arbor, guiding you through secure login, dashboard navigation, search tools, KPI insights and feedback submission to ensure confident and effective use of the platform from day one.

Menus & Modules

Introduces new users to Arbor's key menus and modules, guiding them through role-specific tools and navigation features that support efficient management of student data, school operations, reporting and system integrations.

Student Management

Introduces users to essential tools for accessing, reviewing and managing student profiles and guardian information within Arbor.

Student Enrolment

Guides new users through the process of enrolling students in Arbor, covering both individual and bulk enrolments, registration settings and managing student group assignments.

Bulk Updates

Introduces users to Arbor’s Bulk Update functions, enabling efficient management of student and applicant records through streamlined, large-scale data editing and communication tools.

  • The school or setting must be approved to pay by invoice with HFL Education

Card Payment

Available to anyone booking on behalf of a school or setting who wishes to pay by card.

  • £58.80 including 20% VAT
  • Booking should be made by the attendee account
  • If booking multiple places, the booking should be made by the designated Booking Manager for the school / setting
