This course is delivered in two parts. The morning session provides an overview of the yearend processes in Arbor Finance, including essential housekeeping tasks. Delegates will review the Financial Services checklist that must be completed before attending, along with the latest updates from HCC. Delegates are required to have finalised the school’s financial accounts to 31st March 2027, including the bank reconciliation and full system reconciliation. A completed list of accruals and committed balances must also be prepared in advance, and the final capital return submitted where applicable (not applicable to VA schools) . The afternoon session offers supported time to work through the full yearend process, with Financial Services staff available throughout to guide delegates and answer queries.
