Participants will build a clear vision for English, develop practical skills in monitoring and feedback, and gain confidence in leading reading and writing with impact. Alongside this, the programme deepens subject knowledge through focused modules on oracy, foundational literacy, writing, and reading assessment, ensuring leaders stay informed of current policy and best practice.
