Our innovative EYFS four-part digital learning induction programme can help new and returning Early Years staff build the skills they need to be effective Early Years practitioners. 

It offers practitioners working at all levels a good overall knowledge and understanding of how they can work effectively with children to support their care and early education. The programme is designed to support settings in providing professional development that will help to ensure they have competent practitioners that can fulfil their role to their full potential.

Understanding the EYFS Statutory Framework

Introduces the EYFS Statutory Framework, covering learning and development requirements, assessment expectations, and key safeguarding and welfare responsibilities.

Understanding Child Development

Builds understanding of child development, stages of play, and the adult role in supporting needs, alongside awareness of non-statutory guidance to inform professional judgements.

Teaching and Learning in the Early Years

Builds confidence in responding to observations, assessing learning, and deciding next steps, alongside understanding effective teaching methods for early years children.

Supporting literacy and maths in everyday practice

Explores how literacy and maths fit within the Early Years curriculum, your role in supporting learning, and practical ways to embed both into daily routines and activities.
