How to set up non-class codes (NCCs) in Nova-T6 - eLearning

About this course

Nova-T6 has the ability to schedule teaching and non-teaching periods of time on and off the timetable plan using non-class codes. This is useful for scheduling registration periods, duty periods and team meetings. This video will provide guidance on these features from scheduling periods for planning, preparation and assessment (PPA) for groups or individuals to non-class code blocks.

Training Objectives

• this video has been created to help delegates learn how to create non-class codes and implement them in a timetable, in order that they are able to finalise and maintain their timetable in Nova-T6
• the school will also gain an understanding of how to create new non-class codes, assign them to periods, assign teachers to them and add them to teachers’ timetables ad-hoc
• the school will benefit from efficient and effective implementation of changes to the timetable (staff and students), saving time and therefore costs
• this video could provide other members of staff with the skills in supporting the timetabler finalising and maintaining the timetable
