About this course

These two videos provide guidance on how to set up behaviour in Arbor and how to record, monitor and analyse the student within the school. Behaviour is a strong measure in an Ofsted inspection and complete conduct records and evidence of monitoring will be beneficial during an inspection. Effective recording of all conduct events will aid senior leaders and governors in monitoring the efficiency and consistency of the school’s strategies and reinforce the school’s behaviour policy.
