This workshop offers an introduction to recruitment process and practice for school leaders and complements their safer recruitment training.

• understand safer recruitment, GDPR, and EDI requirements
• understand costs and timescales
• gain confidence in writing successful adverts
• learn where to advertise and how
• understand your ‘employer brand’
• learn how to plan assessment days and interviews
• understand potential risks and how to mitigate

Additional Information 

Preferable to be in line management role but not essential.
