About this Course:
This session will provide Year 4 teachers with the opportunity to explore standards and expectations in writing, and to work together with colleagues, analysing where their pupils are currently attaining and identifying gaps and next steps.
Delegates will work in small online groups with an adviser. Please note that only one delegate per booked place can participate in the moderation.
We recommend that teachers prepare evidence of writing for 2 pupils from their class – typically, one who is working in line with curriculum expectations and one who is working at either above or below curriculum expectations. This will need to be in a format that can be shared online, e.g. a pdf scan of the pupils’ work or a good quality photo.
