Financial Services using and understanding the monthly budget monitor

About this course

The course will focus on the purpose and understanding of the monthly budget monitor report and will include the key areas to be aware of. The course will go through how the budget monitor report is set up, how the report is used and what messages it is telling us. The course is aimed at delegates in schools that use and/or receive a budget monitor report and wish to learn how to interpret the financial information delivered.

The course is for Hertfordshire maintained schools that buy into a Financial Services contract for 2024/2025
