SIMS personnel

About this course

The accurate recording of staff data in the Personnel module of SIMS will aid school staff to produce and analyse reports for the senior leadership team and create accurate School Workforce Census Returns.

During this course we will be looking at, in detail –

• exploring the SIMS personnel module.
• investigating the back end settings such as lookups and tools.
• we will be looking at the accurate recording of service terms, contracts, and service agreements.
• running the absence and training reports within SIMS.
• how to manage and update pay scales and allowances.
