Using Access Education Budgeting Software

About this course

This course is aimed at new and existing users of Access Budgeting, the financial planning software used by maintained schools in Hertfordshire. 

This course will include:

• an overview of the software and its functionality
• how to use the software effectively to start planning the school’s budget
• an overview of the reporting suite

Learning Outcomes

• understand the general functionality of the Access Education Budgeting software
• be able to create and update a budget using the software
• be able to create different budget scenarios to compare the impact of different decisions on the school’s available resources (different ‘what if’ versions)
