About this course

Participants are asked to consider how values, vision and aims should guide the work of the school and to share views on the school’s core purpose.

We explore strategies for developing and improving the quality of education. Using Ofsted criteria, strategies for monitoring and evaluating the quality of education are examined focusing particularly on the deputy’s role. We then consider how to provide effective feedback.
