We are delighted to announce a number of new developments that we have made to the HFL Education Hub, following feedback from our users in the first 6 months of the system being live.

Supporting you to self service your bookings

When you next log in to the HFL Education Hub, you will notice some significant changes to your dashboard. 

  • Firstly, you will be taken straight to your dashboard each time you log in. The dashboard will include information about new products, including the new updates and most importantly there will be a button to take you straight to any unallocated licences you may have on your account - see our guide on finding unallocated licenses
  • Organisational Admins – those of you with the ability to book training on behalf of others – will have a different look and feel to your dashboards than colleagues who use the system as learners - see our guide on navigating your new dashboard.
  • The order history page has been cleaned up so that you can quickly see all the bookings you have made on The HFL Education Hub, including your order numbers, refunds and allocations. 
  • On the allocation page we have locked the names in place, making it far easier for you to scroll across to the relevant course and allocate the place to the right colleague. Places can also be reallocated by Organisational Admins, rather than you having to call us to cancel the place and then re-book for an alternative colleague - see our guide on allocating courses to colleagues 


Enabling you to seek help

  • Our Help Centre has been revamped so that you can quickly access the answers you need, based on your user status. 
  • The information can be both viewed online or downloaded for future use so that you can refer to it as and when you need, and we have ensured that there are documents covering all the most frequently asked questions. 
  • We have created a glossary in the help centre to give definitions to some of the terms used across HFL Hub - view our glossary here 
  • Our colleagues at HFL are also receiving refresher training this half term following the updates so that they have all the information they need to support you if you are unable to find help within the help centre. 

 

Order confirmation emails

  • Many of you have commented that not receiving an email directly to your inbox has caused confusion when booking. We have listened to that feedback and going forwards both the booker, and the attendee will receive a confirmation email with course details.
