About this course

Effective recording of all conduct events will aid senior leaders and governors in monitoring the efficiency and consistency of the school’s strategies and reinforce the school’s behaviour policy.

This training course has been produced in two sections, for ease of reference:

1. Conduct Guidance, Policy and Setups 
2. Recording and Managing Student Conduct

During these recordings, policies and strategies are discussed and setups and lookups examined. An overview of the SIMS behaviour management module is given so that a school can use it to record, monitor and manage its students’ behaviour and achievements including the setups of the following SIMS areas, homepage; behaviour and achievement types; bullying incidents and a brief overview of reporting.
