About this course

An introductory session for those new to leading PSHE and RSHE. This will support you to ensure coverage of statutory guidance, in preparation for quality assurance with detailed signposts to specific resources and support materials.

Learning outcomes

• gain confidence in understanding the DfE’s statutory RSHE guidance and any relevant updates, including right to be excused procedures and parental consultation
• understand curriculum requirements across key stages
• develop knowledge of links to Personal Development framework
• source key resources and signposts to develop your provision
• network with other leaders
