About this course

In this course we will explore play and celebrate children as capable learners.

We will look at the practitioner’s role in supporting children’s individual learning journey, to maximise children’s opportunities to explore, learn and achieve.

Learning outcomes

• to help practitioners understand the natural stages of play and how these impact and influence children’s behaviours
• to help practitioners to empower children to lead their own learning and recognise their capabilities as a learner
• to recognise and maximise opportunities for holistic learning
