Arbor: Running the School Workforce Census (SWC)

About this course

During this session we will run the School Workforce Census, looking at on the day tasks that cannot be completed until SWC day. You will have expert help at hand to go through any queries and/or errors that you may have.

We will also be running an a.m. session where we will be going through the different data checks in Arbor that are available, we will also be importing, running, and checking the HFL created SWC reports to ensure a clean and tidy School Workforce is ready for submission on SWC day.

Learning Outcomes

• ensure that the SWC return contains correct and accurate data
• ensure that the DfE is provided with robust data in this statutory return
• ensuring that all staff involved in generating the SWC data are fully aware of the DfE’s requirements

Additional Information

Each delegate will need to bring their own laptop and have access to their Arbor.
