Financial Services- How to Produce the Monthly Budget Monitor Report

About this course

The course will cover the purpose and reporting requirements of the monthly budget monitor report. The course will also go through how to set up the monthly monitor report, how to ‘pull through’ financial data from Arbor Finance, how to add variances to the agreed budget to the monitor report and how to sense check the report. The course will also look at the key financial messages being delivered including the overall financial picture of the school/setting. The course will cover how to monitor income, expenditure and staffing.
