Financial Services Access Budget Software New User: Staffing

About this course

This course is aimed at delegates new to Access Education Budgeting software.

The course will cover budgeting for staffing, including adding, editing and deleting staff contracts, and looking at maternity and other long-term absences.

Learning Outcomes

Delegates will be able to:

  • Add staff members to their budget scenarios
  • Edit staff member’s contracts including start/leave date, pay grade, pension, allowances, fringe if applicable
  • Delete staff member’s contracts including allowing for balance of holiday pay
  • Calculate and budget for maternity pay
