Early Years leadership and management programme

About this course

This 6-part programme is aimed at all Early Years leaders and managers in PVI settings who wish to learn more about their leadership role and the impact that can be made.

This course will include 4 sessions delivered via webinar and 2 sessions delivered during one full day face-to-face session. The sessions are as follows:

Session 1 – You as a leader

Session 2 – Curriculum, pedagogy, and culture

Session 3 and 4 (face-to-face) – Your team and wellbeing

Session 5 – Co-ordinating quality

Session 6 – Leading forward
