Being an effective room leader

About this course

This course is aimed at room leaders who report to a manager. By attending this course, staff will gain an understanding of the room leader role and what it entails.

Learning outcomes

• to understand the role and responsibilities of a room leader
• to ensure the needs of ALL children are met
• to recognise the importance of being an effective communicator
• to encourage reflective practice and motivate your team

This course will be updated as and when there are changes made to the EYFS Statutory or Ofsted frameworks.
