About this course
Effective recording of all student curriculum ensures that students and staff have accurate timetables, staff can access the correct memberships in Assessment marksheets and importantly maintain attendance in registers.
This training course has been produced in four sections, for ease of reference:

- Curriculum assignment report lists and timetable
During these recordings, an overview of the SIMS academic management using the curriculum assignment routes alongside using further functionality within the panels will be provided. The information contained within the tick grids is explored to aid understanding of the module. The main purpose of academic management is to enable students to be assigned to their classes. Once this has been achieved, student course memberships can be allocated and timetables created.
The functionality of allocate, carousels, promotion wizard, export and import of membership files within the tick grids is explored to aid understanding of the module. A quick overview of alternative curriculum is discussed. cloning a timetable to assign to different student and resolving timetable clashes are demonstrated. Video four focusses on reports, lists and timetables. The functionality to report on curriculum assignments available within the software is explored in depth. An overview of student list reporting is covered to demonstrate functionality within general student list and class lists. Various timetables are explored including staff, student and others available.
