About this course
This session will support childminders to understand the transition arrangements in Hertfordshire for 2026. Demonstrations of how to complete and send the Transition Level of Need tool will be provided during this session with the opportunity to ask questions to one of the consultants.
Learning outcomes
- feel confident in completing the Transition Level of Need tool for all children moving to Reception in September 2026
- recognise the role that practitioners play in the transition procedures within Hertfordshire to ensure a smooth start for all children
