Invoice payment support
This document is designed to support you if you wish for your organisation to be set up to pay by invoice for purchases on the HFL Hub. This includes subscriptions but can also be used to purchase any other product available on the HFL Hub. If you are trying to purchase a subscription and you believe your organisation is already set up to pay by invoice, please ensure an Organisation Admin (usually the office manager or headteacher) is the person making the purchase.
To request for your organisation to pay by invoice, please follow these steps:
1) Read through our terms and conditions document
2) Fill in the invoice request form
Once you have completed the form, our team will set up your organisation to pay by invoice. You will receive a confirmation email once this process has been completed.
Once this has been done, you might find the "Purchasing" guides useful within the Subscription Support section of the HFL Hub Help Centre.
